Medium: Acrylic paint on Plexiglas with custom light box and LED panel.
An original light-installation created from cold white LEDs, acrylic glass panel framed by wood, and acrylic paint (directly on the plexiglas).
It comes with an analog dimmer and power-supply. The power cord will be about 5 feet long but can be customized to be +/- 5 feet for no extra charge.
It also comes with a "french-cleat" wall mounting system which is very sturdy and can hold up to 100lbs (this weighs about 25lbs).
Because this uses LEDs the power-consumption is very low and they last 50,000+ hours. It was constructed that one can open the piece from the behind to access the LED strip lighting, additionally I offer lifetime support.
While this installation comes ready to plug in any artworks sold using electric power are to be installed/approved by professional electricians. Note that this is intended for indoor use only.

An original light-installation (I made and still have 2 of these identical installations) consisting of a double light box construction back-lit with warm-white LEDs and a red tinted acrylic glass panel framed by carefully finished plywood; all joinery was miter and has a clean edge. For this light box I can offer refinishing in the color of your choice.
